摘 要:以烧结电除尘灰、轧钢皮、膨润土、有机粘结剂和潞安煤为原料,研究了内配碳球团矿的合理生产工艺。采用正交设计方法制定试验方案,各因素的水平:C/O为0.5、0.6、0.7和0.8,焙烧温度为1 250℃、1 275℃、1 300℃和1 325℃,焙烧时间为10 min、15 min、20 min和25 min。经过对试验结果的分析得到以下结论:抗压强度受焙烧温度的影响最大,受焙烧时间的影响最小;脱锌率受焙烧温度的影响最大,受焙烧时间的影响最小;金属化率和还原度受焙烧温度的影响最大,受C/O影响最小。研究发现,当C/O为0.8、焙烧温度为1 325℃、焙烧时间为10 min时,抗压强度达到2 105 N,脱锌率达到91%,还原度达到86.3%,金属化率达到80%,产品质量基本满足高炉生产的要求。This research studied on the rational production technology of inner carbon pellets by using sintered dust, roll scale, bentonite, organic binder and Luan coal as raw material. The research project was orthogonally designed, the level of various factors of C/O were 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 and 0.8, the calcination temperature were 1 250 ℃ , 1 275 ℃, 1 300 ℃ and 1 325 ℃, calcination time were 10min, 15 min, 20 min and 25min. The results show that compressive strength is heavily influenced by temperature, whereas time is the least influential factor; the dezincing rate is strongly influenced by temperature, whereas time is the least influential factor; What is more, temperature also has heavy influence on metallization rate and reduction level, while C/O has the least influence. The result also discovers that tested pellets reach 2 105 N compressing strength, 91% dezincing rate, 86.3% reduction rate and 80% metallization rate when C/O equals 0.8, at 1 325 ℃ for 10 min, which fulfill the basic needs for BF production.
