摘  要:采用盆栽试验的方法,将3种低毒杀线虫剂(路富达、生物制剂、Neem核油粕)分别与芸苔素内酯(Brassinolide,BR)复合应用,通过调查番茄病情指数、发病率、株高、茎粗等生长指标及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)等生理指标,探讨BR对抗根结线虫剂的增效作用。结果表明,3种复合应用处理对番茄根结线虫病治疗都有较好的效果,其中BR与路富达配施下植株长势最好,保护酶活性较高;BR与生物制剂配施下防治效果最好,配施发病率比单施降低42.16%,MDA含量降低16.25%、Pro含量增加73.73%。综合而言,供试抗线虫剂与BR复合应用对番茄根结线虫病的防治均有增效作用,且BR与路富达增效作用最优。In order to find the convenient and effective cultural management and analyze the synergistic effect of brassinolide against other nematicides,the Brassinolide( BR),Velum,Biological and Neemheyoupo were applied to potted tomato and the growth factors including disease index,morbidity,plant height and stem diameter and activities of CAT,POD,PAL,APX,PRO,MDA were investigated. The results showed that all treatments had positive effect on control of root-knot nematicide,also,the combined application of BR and Velum improved the growth of tomato and significantly increased the activities of protective enzymes. The control effect was the best in the combined application of BR and biological. Further more,the morbidity of combined application was 42. 16% lower than that of single application,the content of MDA was decreased by 16. 25%,and the content of Pro increased by73. 73%. Overall,the combined application of BR and nematicide had synergistic effect on controlling root-knot nematicide,and the combined application of BR and Velum is optimal.
