摘 要:新疆某石墨矿尾矿石墨含量为1.02%,石墨呈鳞片状分布,片层之间分层明显,石墨单体解离度为87%以上。为给该石墨尾矿的回收利用提供依据,进行了选矿试验。结果表明,以煤油为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂、水玻璃为精选抑制剂,经1粗6精浮选,精选1~3尾矿扫精选,扫精选精矿与精选4~6尾矿合并返回精选2的闭路试验,获得了石墨含量为81.45%、回收率为72.49%的石墨精矿。Graphite content of graphite tailings in Xinjiang is 1.02%,the distribution of graphite is scaly,the layers are distinctly separated,and the dissociation degree of the graphite monomer is more than 80%.In order to provide technique basis for the utilization of graphite in tailings,beneficiation experiment was carried out.The results showed that with kerosene as collector,2#oil as frother and Sodium silicate as inhibitor in cleaning,By one roughing-six cleaning flotation,tailings of 1 to 3cleaning via scavenging cleaning flotation,concentrate of scavenging cleaning mixed with 4 to 6 tailings and return to cleaning2 closed circuit process,graphite concentrate with 81.45% graphite and recovery of 72.49% was obtained.
