摘 要:提出了一种基于配电系统安全域(DSSR)的网络重构新方法。首先,介绍了DSSR的安全裕度指标——安全距离,其含义为配电网满足N?1安全准则的馈线负荷最大可增功率。其次,建立了在优先满足安全约束的条件下以网损最小为目标的网络重构模型,并利用改进的遗传算法进行求解。最后,采用扩展的IEEE RBTS Bus 4算例验证模型的有效性。与经典网损最小模型对比表明,文中重构结果的网损与其接近,但安全裕度明显增加。与负载均衡模型对比,文中的安全裕度和网损均更优,这是由于模型能有效计及电网结构和负载分布不均的自然特性。此外,文中模型还能针对不同馈线设置个性化的安全约束,区别用户对安全性的不同需求。This paper presented a new network reconfiguration model based on the security region of distribution system (DSSR). The security margin index based on DSSR security distance was introduced, which was the maximum increasable feeder load when the system satisfies N-1 security criterion. Then a model with the minimum network loss as objective function, and the security distance as constraints was established, and the model was solved by the improved genetic algorithm. The validity of the model was verified by the extended RBTS Bus IEEE 4 example. Compared with minimum loss model, the model achieved similar power loss but much higher security margin. Compared with load balancing model, the model also achieved better power loss and security margin. This is because the model takes into account the grid structure and load imbalance. In addition, the model can be customized for different feeders to meet different security need of users.
