摘　　要：为了观察牛磺鹅去氧胆酸(TCDCA)对大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型滑膜组织中糖皮质激素受体(GR)基因表达的影响,并探讨TCDCA对AA大鼠成纤维样滑膜细胞的作用机制,试验制备AA大鼠模型,分离AA大鼠滑膜组织,应用荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测TCDCA对AA大鼠滑膜组织GR mRNA表达的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,模型组AA大鼠滑膜组织中的GR表达量显著增加(P<0.05);与模型组相比,低剂量(0.1g/kg)TCDCA口服治疗组AA大鼠的GR mRNA表达量显著增加(P<0.05)。说明TCDCA能显著促进AA大鼠滑膜组织GR mRNA的表达。To observe the effect of taurochenodeoxycholic acid （TCDCA） on the expression of glucocorticoid receptor （GR） in the synovial tissue of model rats with adjuvant arthritis （AA）, and explore its action mechanism on the fibroblast - like synoviocytes （FLS） of rats with AA, a model of rats with AA was prepared to isolate the synovial tissue. The effect of TCDCA on the expression of GR mRNA from the synovial tissue of rats with AA was detected using fluorescent quantitative RT - PCR technique. The results showed that the expression level of GR in the synovial tissue of rats from the AA model group was significantly increased （P 〈0.05） compared with the control group, and the expression level of GR mRNA in the rats from the treatment group orally administrated with low -dose （0.1 g/kg） of TCDCA was significantly increased （P 〈 0.05 ） compared with the AA model group. The results indicate that TCDCA can significantly promote the expression of GR mRNA in the synovial tissue of rats with AA.
