摘　　要：图书馆用户观是事关图书馆发展的一个根本性命题。图书馆可持续发展需要用户支持,其服务对象观和用户资源观忽视了用户的需求和价值,无法获得用户支持,必须予以摒弃。图书馆共同体构建者观体现了图书馆与用户的平等地位。重视用户需求和价值,可有效激励用户支持图书馆,是实现图书馆可持续发展的正确的用户观。The library user view is a fundamental proposition related to the development of library. The sustainable development of library needs supports of users. The service object view and user resouree view ignore the needs and values of users. They should be abandoned because they can＇t obtain users＂ supports. However, the view of library community co-builders is the correct user view of realizing sustainable development of library, because it embodies the equality between libraries and users, pays attention to users＇ needs and values, and effectively encourages users to support library.
