摘　　要：勇作学术期刊国际化的探索者、原创知识的发布者、当代社会舆论和社会风尚的引导者、国家和民族未来的思想者",努力打造世界期刊界具有中国特色、中国风格、中国气质的中国期刊学派是新疆师范大学学报(哲学社会科学版)提出的责任担当,亦理应成为中国社科学术期刊的学术担当。正如习近平总书记在哲学社会科学工作座谈会上的讲话所指出的那样:"一切有理想、有抱负的哲学社会科学工作者都应该立时代之潮头、通古今之变化、发思想之先声,积极为党和人民述学立论、建言献策,担负起历史赋予的光荣使命。Journal of Xinjiang Normal University （edition of philosophy and social science） is obliged to pioneer its way in academic journal internationlization, issue original intellect, guide public opinion and social mores and thinker for both state and nation in the future in an endeavor to make a school of Chinese periodicals with Chinese characteristics, style and grace in the arena of world periodicals and Chinese periodicals. As C.P.C secretary general Xi Jinping states at the forum for philosophy and social science, ＂every worker of philosophy and social science with ideal and ambition should set an epochal trend, get everything of both ancient and modern times, voice their thought first, develop ideas and contribute advice for the Party and people and undertake glorious mission given by history.
