摘  要:研究了拜耳法赤泥对建筑砌块密度、强度及其他性能的影响。以赤泥取代粉煤灰,研究了赤泥对建筑砌块密度及抗压强度的影响。结果显示:随着赤泥用量增加,砌块密度逐渐降低;当赤泥取代60%粉煤灰时,砌块7 d和28 d抗压强度达到最大值,分别为32.1 MPa和37.2 MPa。以赤泥取代60%粉煤灰为基准,掺入生石灰取代赤泥,研究了生石灰对建筑砌块强度的影响。研究表明:当生石灰取代10%~15%赤泥时,建筑砌块7 d和28 d抗压强度最高,分别为34.2 MPa和39.1 MPa。以赤泥取代60%粉煤灰为基准,以生石灰取代15%赤泥,制备建筑砌块,研究了砌块的其他性能。结果表明,该配方制备的砌块符合JC 239—2001《粉煤灰砖》的要求。The effects of Bayer red mud on the properties,such as density and compressive strength etc.of the building blocks were investigated.The fly ash in the building blocks was replaced with red mud and the effects of red mud on density and compressive strength of building blocks were investigated.Results showed that the density of blocks was decreased with the increase of red mud.However,the compressive strength(7 d and 28 d) of the blocks reached the maximum,and were 32.1 MPa and 37.2 MPa when the replacement was 60%.Take this as the standard,calcium oxide was doped to replace red mud,and the effect of the calcium oxide on building blocks was investigated.As the calcium oxide replacement range at 10%~15%,the7 d and 28 d compressive strength of building blocks were the highest,i.e.34.2 MPa and 39.1 MPa,respectively.Take the replacement of 60% fly ash with red mud as the basis,the building blocks were prepared by replacing 15% red mud with calcium oxide,and their other properties were studied.In addition,the properties of blocks prepared with the mix proportions met the Chinese criterion,Fly Ash Brick,JC 239—2001.
