摘  要:采用沉淀法引入超声波技术制备了镍/氧化铝油脂加氢催化剂,将其应用于蓖麻油加氢反应中,考察了超声波输出功率对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,在超声波输出频率为80 W条件下,催化剂加氢性能最佳。采用激光粒度仪测定催化剂的粒度分布,采用BET法测定催化剂比表面积、孔结构。结果表明,引入超声波技术制备镍/氧化铝油脂加氢催化剂,可以使催化剂的粒度减小、比表面积增大,这是催化剂活性提高的主要原因。Ni/Al_2O_3 fats and oils hydrogenation catalyst was prepared by the method of precipitation under ultrasonic.In order to study the effect of ultrasonic output power on the catalyst performance,the catalysts were applied in the castor oil hydrogenation reaction.Results showed under ultrasonic power of 80 W for catalyst preparation,the catalyst showed the best hydrogenation performance.The particle size distribution,specific surface area,and pore structure of the catalyst were characterized by laser particle size analyzer and nitrogen adsorption-desorption(BET).Results showed introduction of ultrasonic field in preparation,can reduce the particle size of Ni/Al_2O_3 catalysts,and can increase the specific surface area of Ni/Al_2O_3 catalysts,and this is the main reason for the catalyst activity increased.
