摘　　要：目的探讨母语指导性心理干预对维吾尔族白内障患者术前焦虑及血压心率的影响。方法选择新疆医科大学第一附属医院眼科2013年10月-2014年10月收治的120例维吾尔族白内障患者,随机分为干预观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者给予常规心理护理及健康宣教,干预观察组患者术前在常规护理方式的基础上,由专科维吾尔族护士给予有针对性的母语指导性心理干预。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较两组患者干预前后的SAS评分,观察两组患者入院时和手术开始前血压、心率的情况。结果干预后观察组SAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),术前收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05),舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05),心率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术前有效的母语指导性心理干预可使维吾尔族白内障患者术前焦虑状况得到改善,血压、心率得到一定程度的控制,为在术中控制患者血压和心率奠定了基础。Objective To investigate the influence of psychologic intervention in first language to anxious,heart rate and blood pressure of cataract of Uyghur populations.Methods A total of 120 cataract of Uyghur patients during Oct.2013 to Oct.2014 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were collected.They were divided into two groups randomly,one receiving normal health propaganda and education,the other received special psychologic intervention with mather language by nurse of Uyghur.The self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）was used to compare the SAS score between the two groups before and after the intervention.The blood pressure and heart rate of the patients in the two groups before and after the operation were observed.Results The the SAS scores,heart rate and blood pressure of the group which receiving special psychologic intervention with first language by nurse of Uyghur were much more lower than those of the other group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The preoperative psychological intervention with native language could relieve anxiety status of Uygur patients with cataract and their blood pressureand heart rate were controlled to a certain degree,which help to control blood pressure and heart rate of the patients during the operation and ensure the success of operation.
