摘　　要：目的探讨皮下埋植避孕剂植入术后并发症的原因及处理方法。方法回顾性分析2005~2015年武汉市黄陂区计划生育服务站治疗的皮下埋植剂手术并发症6例,就其并发症临床征象、治疗转归、发生原因及经验教训进行报道。结果6例患者中,埋植剂脱出2例,取出困难、术后伤口感染、避孕失败、埋植剂游离致上臂疼痛各1例。结论未严格按照操作规程实施手术是并发症的主要原因。Objective To investigate the causes and treatment methods of complications post of contraceptive implants surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis of 6 cases of subcutaneous implant complications treated at Huangpo District Family Planning Service Station from 2005 to 2015. Report the clinical manifestations of complications, treatment outcome, causes and lessons learned. Results Performing surgery not strictly in accordance with the operating procedures is the main reason for complications.
