摘  要:为解决高海拔矿山掘进施工中的缺氧问题,基于Fluent软件对掘进巷道的供氧通风进行数值模拟与方案设计。为得到合理的供氧量,分别计算了海拔4 650 m的大气压力和海拔3 000 m大气中氧分压,进而换算出供氧巷道需要达到的氧气体积分数,再结合通风量得到数值模拟所需的供氧量;建立不同的巷道通风模型,通过数值模拟试验得到最优供氧管路布置方案,并在此模型的基础上对供氧量进行优化,并对优化结果加以分析。结果表明:供氧管出口位置对提高氧气与空气混合的均匀程度有极大影响,出口位置应适当降低,且与风筒出口的水平距离不宜过大;掘进巷道在供氧速率为12.46m^3/min时能够达到预定的供氧标准,低于此速率便不能达标,供氧速率过高则造成资金浪费。This paper takes it as its goal to solve the anoxic problem in the tunneling engineering project of an actual high-altitude mine by conducting numerical simulations and creating conditions for the local oxygen ventilation via a software known as Fluent.To begin with,we have worked out the necessary amounts of the air demand and that of oxygen for the tunneling fronts.Then,we have established a physical model for the tunneling-needed ventilation with oxygen and air transfer near the working face,so as to achieve all the data of the model,such as the section size,the environment pressure,temperature,gravity,and the air density through the actual testing and measurement on the spot.And,afterwards,we have done numerical simulation experiments via Fluent.And,last of all,we have made needed analyses and comparisons of the results gained from the different schemes.All of the above mentioned investigations and examinations have made it possible for us to develop the optimal mode of the oxygen and air pipeline,which has enabled us to bring forward a reasonable as well as rational proposal to provide for the greatest possible oxygen ventilation version.The simulation results indicate that the layout of the oxygen ventilation pipe has a great impact on the availability for the even mixture of the oxygen and air needed,whereas the relative and absolute position choice for the oxygen pipe outlet and the air duct outlet may greatly contribute to the final ventilation results.What is more,the molar concentration of the oxygen to be delivered should be made much greater in the upper end of the tunnel than that in the lower one,otherwise it would create serious waste of cost if their mixture fails to make perfect.Thus,we have made the three design versions of the pipeline arrangement a great success and brought about a favorable proposal for the oxygen and air mixture.Nevertheless,the ideal mixture of oxygen with air had failed at first in the engineering actuality,which calls for great amounts of careful calculation over the rat
