摘  要:采用MIE-D1.2型最小点火能测试装置及20 L球型粉尘爆炸测试装置,对苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物/碳黑混合体系粉尘的爆炸特性进行研究。结果表明,过74μm、58μm、47μm孔径筛的粉尘对静电火花敏感,其最小点火能表征值分别为610 mJ、361 mJ、201 mJ。随粉尘质量浓度增加,最小点火能呈现先减小后增加的规律。随粉尘粒径减小,最小点火能与粉尘质量浓度变化关系曲线向低粉尘质量浓度和低点火能量方向偏移,且对应的最敏感爆炸质量浓度从500 g/m^3降至200 g/m^3。随粉尘质量浓度增加,过147μm、74μm、47μm孔径筛的苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物/碳黑混合体系粉尘爆炸压力及爆炸压力上升速率呈现先增加后减小趋势。在相同粉尘质量浓度下,中位径小于74μm的苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物/碳黑混合体系粉尘,粉尘的爆炸压力增幅明显减小。苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物/碳黑混合体系粉尘爆炸下限质量浓度为25 g/m^3,最大爆炸指数为14.636 MPa·m/s,爆炸危险等级划分为St1。The given paper is intended to study the dust blast characteristics of the Styrene-Acrylic Copolymer(MOT AS)/Carbon Black mixed system by using a MIE- Dl.2 minimum ignition energy testing device and a spherical dust blast test apparatus known as Type 20 L.In our research,we have conducted experiments to determine the evolutional process and the electrostatic sensitivity as well as the blast severity of the MOTAS/Carbon Black mixed system,with our focus of study on the analysis of the effects of the dust concentration and particle size on the minimum ignition energy of the said mixed system,the explosion pressure and the rate of pressure boost.The results of our experiment suggest that the aforementioned mixed dust that has been sifted through 74 μm,58μm and 47 μm aperture sieves proves to be sensitive to the electrostatic sparks,whose MIE characteristic strengths are 610 mJ,361 mJ,201 mJ,respectively.And,simultaneously,with the increase of the dust concentration,the minimum ignition energy of MOTAS/carbon black mixed dust tends to decrease at first and then increase.At the same time,with the decrease of the dust particle size,the MIE-dust concentration curves may deflect in the directions of the lower dust concentration and the lower ignition energy trend,whereas the corresponding sensitive explosive concentration tends to fall from 500 g/m^3 to 200 g/m^3.On the other hand,the dust explosion pressure and the rate of the pressure rise of MOTAS/Carbon Black mixtures to be sifted through the sieve apertures of 147 μm,74 μm and 47 μm tend to increase at first and then decrease with the greater dust concentrations.Under the same dust concentration condition,when the dust particles are less than 74μm it may show an obvious decrease tendency in the amplification of dust explosion pressure,instead of an increasing trend in the pressure rising rate.Nevertheless,on the overall term,the minimum explosive concentration of MOTAS/Carbon Black mixed dust should be 25 g/m^3,whereas the maximum explosion index has been
