摘　　要：在我国人口老龄化愈演愈烈、老年群体慢性疾病患病率不断上升的背景下,延长老年人口寿命、提高老年人口生命质量具有十分重要的临床价值和现实意义。医养康复一体化的整合照料式养老服务是解决老年人健康养老问题的有效手段。近年来,中医药广泛应用于健康养老服务中,充分发挥其特色和优势,将中医药与其他医疗资源有机整合是促进健康养老的重要途径。As the aging population becomes increasingly serious and the prevalence of chronic disease in the eld- erly keeps rising, prolonging the lifespan of the elderly and improving their quality of life has extremely clinical value and practical significance. Integrative care service of medical service, care and rehabilitation for the elderly could solve the healthy and health care service problems effectively. In recent years, Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） is applied to health care service for the elderly to exert its characteristics and strengths, and integration of TCM and other medical resources is an important method to promote health care for the elderly.
