重庆市高校社区养老服务现状及老年人养老意愿影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查重庆市高校社区养老现状,分析影响高校老年人养老意愿的因素,为制定重庆市高校养老政策提供理论依据。方法对重庆市19所高校所属社区50岁以上的老年人进行随机问卷调查及访谈。结果调查对象希望享受的养老服务主要有家政服务(63.1%),安全保障服务(62.3%),生活照顾(57.3%),应急医疗救助(57.2%),一般医疗服务(52.5%),文化娱乐服务(48.5%),护工照料(45.0%),精神慰藉(39.3%)。如果把以上服务整合起来,66.9%的老年人愿意尝试这种整合照料式养老服务,Logistic回归分析结果表明,民族、生活自理情况、居住情况、社区是否能提供养老服务、每月能接受的养老费用对调查对象是否愿意尝试整合照料式养老有显著影响;民族、慢性疾病患病情况、每月能接受的养老费用对调查对象是否希望高校医院提供整合照料式养老有显著影响。结论政府或相关部门应尽快以高校医院为基础,构建高校医院医养康护一体化的整合照料式养老服务模式。Objective To investigate the situation of community home care service of colleges and universities in Chongqing and analyze factors that affect the demands of the elderly, so as to provide theoretical foundation for the development of the elderly-care policy in Chongqing. Methods Random questionnaire survey and interview were conducted for people aged 50 or older in 19 colleges and universities. Results The main home care service that the respondents would like to have home care service consisting of household service（63.1%）, security and safety（ 62.3 % ） , life care（ 57.3%） , emergency medical service（57.2 % ） , general medical care（S2.5 % ） , entertainment（48.5%）, nursing（45.0 %）, spiritual consolation（39.3%）. If service mentioned above could be integrated, 66.9% elder people were willing to try this service. The result of logistic analysis of regression showed that nationality, self-care ability, housing conditions, ability of community home-care service for the elderly,affordable retirement cost per month had significant influence on whether or not the respondents＇ choose to have integrative home care service for the elderly. Nationality, prevalence of chronic disease and af- fordable retirement cost per month significantly affected whether or not the respondents＇ wish hospitals of colleges and universities to provide home care service for the elderly. Conclusion The government and relevant departments should implement integrative home care service mode of medical service,care and nursing for the elderly on the basis of colleges and universities hospitals.
