摘　　要：目的:了解蚌埠市留置引流管居家护理期间并发症的情况,分析并发症发生的原因。方法:围绕出院携带留置引流管所发生并发症进行调查,采取查阅出院病例、电话随访、走访医院医生和护士及社区调查的方式,对蚌埠市3家医院的肿瘤外科、泌尿外科、神经内科、血液透析中心、PICC维护门诊5个科室出院患者携带引流管进行调查。结果:共筛选携带引流管出院患者1 011例,留置管在居家期间出现并发症103例,发生率10.19%。结论:出院携带引流管居家维护薄弱,尚未有专业团队和专业人员参与维护。应建立医生、社区护士、志愿者和患者家属共同组成的团队,推进引流管居家维护的规范化。Objective： To investigate the complications of indwelling drainage tube in home care of Bengbu and analyze the main causes of the complications. Methods： Complications caused by home care indwelling drainage tubes were investigated through referring case history,telephone follow-up,interviewing doctors and nurses,and community survey. Patients investigated were selected from 3hospitals involving department of tumor surgery,department of urology,department of neurology,hemodialysis center,and PICC maintenance clinic in Bengbu. Results： A total of 1011 patients were screened and 103 patients had complications with indwelling catheter at home,the incidence rate being 10. 19%. Conclusion： Maintenance is the weak link in drainage tube care at home. There are not yet professional teams and staff to carry out the maintenance. We should set up a team composed of doctors,nurses,volunteers and family members to promote care of the drainage tube at home.
