摘  要:为了进一步强化水文模型的模拟和预报能力,结合Web GIS技术,采用B/S三层模式,探讨了框架实现的若干关键技术,构建了一个高效的河口水环境管理决策支持系统框架.以闽江河口盐度预报为例,将前期研发的GA-SVM盐度预报模型以紧密方式集成到系统框架中,开发了基于GA-SVM盐度预报模型的河口水环境决策支持系统.该系统实现了GA-SVM盐度预报模型与系统框架的无缝集成,提高了系统运行效率,方便了用户使用.In order to enhance the simulation and prediction ability of hydrological models further, an efficient framework of the estuary water environment decision support system was estab- lished based on B/S three-tier architecture with Web GIS technology after some key technologies were discussed. Integrating the framework with the GA-SVM salinity prediction model developed previously by tightly integrated development pattern, an estuary water environment decision support system based on GA-SVM salinity prediction model was then established with Min River estuary salinity prediction as an example. The system achieves the seamless integration between GA-SVM salinity prediction model and system framework with better operation efficiency and more convenient for users.
