摘  要:电子商品防盗系统(EAS)中使用的一类硬标签核心电路由磁棒线圈和电容串联组成,LC谐振频率F和品质因数Q值是硬标签关键质量参数。针对该类硬标签参数检测的市场需求和传统双线圈检测方法存在的不足,提出了一种基于互感耦合原理,以亥姆赫兹线圈磁场为激励,采用差分和二级积分电路获取硬标签幅频特性信息的检测方法,搭建了硬标签参数检测传感器电路分析传感器检测F、Q值的理论模型。通过对市售58 k Hz硬标签试验数据的分析表明:该传感器F、Q值的绝对误差分别小于0.025 k Hz和1.3,其谐振频率测试性能明显优于市售EAS频率检测仪(E-X5006AM),性能满足行业测试要求。该传感器可为硬标签生产过程和质量检测提供F和Q值信息,具有行业实际应用价值。The kernel circuit of hard tag used in electronic article surveillance (EAS) system is composed of magnet coil and capacitor in serial, and the LC resonant frequency F and the quality factor Q are the key quality parameters of hard tag. Aiming at the market demand for parameter detection of bard tag and the shortcomings of traditional double coil detection method, the detection method based on the principle of mutual inductance coupling is proposed. With Helmhohz coil magnetic field as excitation, and using differential and two stage integration circuit, the amplitude frequency characteristic information of the hard tag is obtained. The theoretical model is established. The analysis of the test data of the commercial available 58 kHz hard tag indicates that the measurement error of the sensor for F and Q is respectively less than 0.025 kHz and 1.3 ,its test performance for resonant frequency is obviously better than the commercial available EAS frequency tester ( E - XS006AM ) , thus the performance meets the professional test requirements. The sensor can provide information of F and Q values for the production process and quality inspection of hard tags;and it has practical application values.
