摘  要:针对试验室机电类产品检测能耗日益增加的问题,对交流稳压电源在试验室内使用的现状进行了分析,研究了其在日常使用过程中的能耗情况。根据试验室在检测工作中对于交流稳压电源的使用习惯,以及研究和分析目前国内外主流交流稳压电源的技术特点,给出了交流稳压电源节能措施的建议,提出了电源容量最佳匹配和节能型电源的相关设计方案。通过实际数据验证了该方案的可行性和有效性。试验结果表明,该设计方案能有效降低在测试机电产品过程中产生的总能耗,达到了节能的目的。该方法为试验室节能研究提供了一种有效思路,具有一定的借鉴作用。Considering the increasing energy consumption for detection of electromechanical products in laboratory, the current situation of usage of AC power supplies in laboratory is analyzed, and the conditions of energy consumption are researched. In accordance with the habit in usage of the AC power supply in detection ; and the technical features of the power supplies at home and abroad are researched and analyzed, the suggestions and measures about energy saving for AC power supplies are given;the optimal matching of capacity of power supply and relevant design scheme of energy saving power supply are proposed. The feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme are verified through actual data. It shows that with this design scheme, the total energy consumption in test process of electromagnetic products can be effectively reduced;the purpose of energy saving is reached. The method provides an effective concept for researching energy saving in laboratory, and possesses certain reference value.
