优质护理在神经外科手术患者全麻苏醒期的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察手术室优质护理在神经外科全麻气管插管手术患者术后苏醒期护理的应用效果。方法:选取100例神经外科手术气管插管全麻患者,按照随机数字表随机将研究对象等分为观察组和对照组(n=50),分别进行常规护理方法和针对麻醉苏醒期相关因素采取舒适的优质护理服务措施,比较2组患者的拔管时间、离开复苏室的时间、住院天数、术后苏醒期躁动的发生率和患者对手术室优质护理服务工作的满意度。结果:观察组的患者术后苏醒期躁动的发生率明显低于对照组,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者对手术室护士的护理工作满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室优质护理服务措施明显缩短了神经外科全麻气管插管患者术后复苏的拔管时间和术后苏醒离开复苏室的时间及住院天数,同时也降低了术后患者苏醒期躁动的发生率和躁动的程度,提高了患者对手术室护理服务工作的满意度,有利于患者术后的康复,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective：to observe the quality of nursing care in operating room in neurosurgical operations with tracheal intubation in patients with postoperative recovery period of effects of nursing.Method：selected 100 cases neural surgical surgery tracheal intubation general anesthesia patients,according to random digital table random will research object, is divided into observation group and control group （n=50）,respectively for general nursing method and for anesthesia wake period related factors take comfortable of quality nursing service measures,compared 2 group patients of pulled tube time,and left recovery room of time,and hospital days,and operation Hou wake period restlessness of occurred rate and patients on operating room quality nursing service work of satisfaction degrees.Results： postoperative restlessness in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,there was significant difference （P〈0.05）.Group job satisfaction of nurses in nursing patients with significantly higher than the control group,a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：operating room quality nursing service measures obviously shortened has neural surgical general anesthesia tracheal intubation patients operation Hou recovery of pulled tube time and operation Hou wake left recovery room of time and the hospital days,while also reduced has operation Hou patients wake period restlessness of occurred rate and restlessness of degree, improve has patients on operating room nursing service work of satisfaction degrees,conducive to patients operation Hou of rehabilitation, worth in clinical Shang further application.
