齐齐哈尔市某医学院校学生信息行为对健康行为改变的作用机制探析

摘　　要：目的:分析信息行为和健康行为改变之间的关系,探讨信息行为对健康行为改变的作用机制。方法:以跨理论模型为理论基础,通过信息行为、变化阶段、变化过程、自我效能和决策平衡问卷,调查齐齐哈尔市某医学院校大学生的信息行为与健康行为改变,并进行描述性统计和相关分析、路径分析。结果:信息行为对变化阶段产生影响,其中信息行为→变化过程→自我效能→变化阶段这条路径的作用最显著。结论:在对健康行为进行干预时,不但要考虑跨理论模型内部各变量的关系,还要考虑信息行为在健康行为改变中的作用,使其更好地结合,为健康行为改变的干预提供更充分的依据。Objective：To explore the relationship between information behavior and health behavior change in order to find the effect meehanism of information behavior on health behavior change. Methods：Based on the theory of cross theoretical model, through the behavior information, changing stage, changing process, self-efficiency and decision balance questionnaire, the college students＇ information behavior and health behavior were investigated and the description statistical analysis, relevance analysis, path analysis were condueted. Results： Information behavior affected the stages of change.The effect of the path of health information behavior→ehange process→self-effieieney→ehange stage was most significant.Conclusion： In the intervention of health behavior, not only the relationship between the internal variables of the eross theoretieal model, but also the effect of information behavior in health behavior change should be considered to make them better eombined in order to provide more sufficient basis for the intervention of health behavior change.
