摘　　要：通过分析和总结患者参与治疗决策的现状及其影响因素,提出患者的自身因素、对决策的认知,医务人员及社会的因素等可对患者参与治疗决策产生不同程度的影响。医务人员应提高沟通能力,与患者建立融洽的医患关系,了解患者参与治疗决策的意愿及社会支持情况,为患者提供准确而丰富的信息,鼓励患者参与治疗决策,进而提高医疗服务质量。Through analyzing and summarizing the status of patient participation in treatment decisions and its influencing factors, this article proposed that patient＇s own factors, patients＇ cognition of decision-making, medical personnel and social factors could produce different degree influences in patients involved in treatment decisions.The medical personnel should increase their own communication skills, establish rapport with the patients, understand the patient＇s willingness to participate in treatment decisions and social support, provide accurate and rich information for patients, encourage patients to participate in treatment decisions, thereby improving the quality of medical services.
