摘 要:随着配电网中越来越多的使用固体绝缘的电缆线路,传统中性点经消弧线圈接地的灭弧措施暴露出诸多问题,已不能满足电网安全稳定运行的要求。文中研究了一种快速开关型消除弧光接地故障(简称消弧)技术,介绍了该技术相对于传统消弧线圈的优点,对其消弧原理以及相应的故障判别、故障选相、故障选线等环节进行研究,提出了快速开关型消弧装置的动作流程,并通过仿真分析验证了快速开关型消弧技术原理的可行性和动作流程的合理性。结果说明快速开关型消弧技术在理论上可以达到快速消除电弧接地故障的目的,有助于提高配电系统的供电可靠性。The traditional arc suppression method by grounding neutral point through arc suppression coil cannot meet the requirement of safe and stable operation for the power distribution network with solid insulated cables. In this paper, a technology for eliminating the are grounding fault (arc-suppression, for short)based on fast switch is proposed, and the advantages of this technology are introduced. The principle of arc suppression and the corresponding fault identification, fault phase selection and fault line selection are discussed, and the action process of the arc-suppression device is described. Simulation verifies the feasibility of the arc suppression principle and the rationality of the action flow of the device. It is concluded that this arc suppression technology based on fast switch can quickly eliminate the arc grounding fault in theory and help improve the reliability of the distribution network.
