摘 要:提升车身钣金件材料利用率可显著降低零件成本,提升产品竞争力。介绍了一种车身钣金件提升材料利用率的方法,借此达到控制成本的目的。该法借助于设计初期的钣金成形CAE,利用成熟软体自带的零件边界调整、工艺余肉面优化、自动排样等技术,并结合实际生产过程中积累的经验,最终获得最优化零件状态和工艺方案,达到材料利用率的最大化。以A车后轮弧下饰板零件为案例,采用该法后材料利用率从最初的40.2%上升到49.8%,每台车节约材料0.11 kg,节省材料成本0.7元,印证了该法有效可行。Improving the material utilization of automotive body metal panels can significantly reduce the cost of parts,and enhance the product competitiveness.A method for improving the material utilization rate of automotive body metal panels was introduced so as to achieve the purpose of cost control.With the help of CAE in the early stage of sheet metal forming,the part optimized state and process scheme were obtained by the part-boundary adjustment,the craft surface optimization,the automatic nesting technology in the software and the knowledge accumulated in the actual production process.Thus,the material utilization was up to the maximum.For the rear wheel arc plate parts of a car,the material utilization is reduced from the initial 40.2% to 49.8%,so the material per vehicle saves 0.11 kg,and the material costs saves 0.7 yuan after the above method is adopted.Furthermore,the above method is effective and feasible.
