摘 要:多工位弹簧成形机是一种适用于多种类型弹簧加工的弹簧成形装备。研究了多工位弹簧成形机的机械结构,并对其成形机构结构与工作原理进行了分析。通过对弹簧类零件几何特征的分析,将弹簧结构要素进行了分解,推算出各结构要素参数方程。根据多工位弹簧成形机成形机构工作原理与弹簧结构要素特性,重点研究了弹簧螺旋线与折角成形原理,建立了各成形轴进给量与弹簧尺寸要素之间的数学模型。首先提出圆柱、圆锥螺旋线成形原理,并建立起圆柱、圆锥螺旋线的半径、节距与成形工具进给量、送线长度的关系方程;然后提出4种折角成形方法,相应地给出折角曲率半径、折角角度与成形工具进给量之间的数学关系方程。The multi-station spring forming machine is a kind of spring forming equipment which is suitable for various types of springs processing.Firstly,the mechanical structure of the multi-station spring forming machine was studied,and then the structure of forming mechanism and its principles were analyzed.Based on the analysis of geometric features,the structures of springs were divided,and their parametric equations were established.According to the principle of shaping mechanism and geometric features of the springs,it was studied the forming principles of helix and angle,and then the mathematical models of the forming axis feeds and the geometrical dimensions of springs were established.Therefore,the forming principle of cylindrical helix and taper helix was firstly presented,and the mathematical relationship equation between radius and pitch of the helix and the feeding of the forming axis and the wire was built.Furthermore,four methods on angle forming were proposed,and the mathematical relationship equation between the radius and angle and the feeding of the forming axis was established as well.
