Biochemical Responses of 9 Winter Wheat Cultivars to Drought Stress at Seedling Stage and Drought Resistance Evaluation

摘  要:以长4640等9个冬小麦品种为材料,对其在干旱胁迫下叶片相对含水量(RWC)、保护酶活性(SOD,POD和CAT)、质膜氧化程度(MDA含量和相对电导率)、渗透调节物质含量(脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白)等生理生化指标进行测定,基于单项指标的抗旱系数,利用主成分分析对供试品种的苗期抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,干旱胁迫后,叶片相对含水量较对照有不同程度地下降;保护酶活性(SOD,POD和CAT)、质膜氧化程度(MDA含量和相对电导率)、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量整体呈上升趋势;而可溶性蛋白质含量在品种间变化趋势不尽相同。通过主成分分析和聚类分析,9个供试品种分为3类:小偃22和晋麦47属强抗旱型;商麦5226、秦麦9号、长4640、商麦8928和西农889属中等抗旱型;长武134和郑麦9023为弱抗旱型。This paper aimed at probing evaluation of drought resistance of winter wheat cultivars based on the responses of the physiological indices under simulated drought stress. Taking Chang 4640 and other 8 winter cultivars as tested materials, the physiological indexes, namely relative water content(RWC), protective enzymes activity(SOD, POD and CAT), plasma membrane oxidation degree(MDA content and relative electrical conductivity), osmotic substances content(proline content, soluble sugar content and soluble protein)were measured after 48 h and 96 h drought stress, respectively, and the drought resistance was also comprehensively evaluated by the methods of principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that under drought stress, RWC decreased at different levels compared with CK. SOD activity, POD activity, CAT activity, MDA content, REC, proline content and soluble sugar content increased, while soluble protein content increased or decreased to some extent. Based on principal component analysis and clusters, the nine wheat varieties were divided into three groups. Xiaoyan 22 and Jinmai 47 belonged to high drought resistance group,Shangmai 5226, Qinmai 7, Chang 4640, Shangmai 8928 and Xinong 889 belonged to middle drought resistance group, and Changwu 134 and Zhengmai 9023 belonged to low drought resistance group.
