摘 要:观察了山西25个产地的野生黄芩根的横切面和纵切面的显微结构,测量、比较了根的木栓层厚度和细胞层数、皮层厚度、韧皮部厚度、木质部厚度,并应用统计学方法进行了数据分析。结果表明,山西不同产地野生黄芩的根为近圆形;木栓层由近长方形细胞组成,部分产地有双重木栓层结构;皮层由薄壁细胞组成,细胞间隙较大;皮层与韧皮部分界不明显;木质部发达,约占根直径2/3;石细胞分布不均匀。根的木栓层厚度和细胞层数、皮层厚度、韧皮部厚度、木质部厚度均存在差异,其中,木质部厚度的差异最为显著,木栓层层数及厚度的差异与所生长地域的海拔高度有关。The paper observes the transverse and longitudinal structure of 25 kinds wild Scutellaria baicalensis from Shanxi,measures the thickness of the cork layer, cortex, phloem and xylem, then analyzes the test data with statistical methods. The results show that the wild Scutellaria baicalensis root in different habitats of Shanxi is near circular. The cork cells of roots is nearly rectangular. The structure of a double cork layer exists in part of the habitats. The cortex consists of parenchyma cells. The boundary of cortex and phloem is not obvious. Xylem is well advanced. The proportion of the xylem is about 2/3 of the root diameter. The stone cells are not evenly distributed. The thickness of cork layer, cortex, phloem and xylem are different in 25 kinds wild Scutellaria baicalensis. Among them, the difference of xylem thickness is the most significant. The difference of layers and thickness of cork layers is related to growth altitude.
