摘 要:为了筛选可以促进黄芪有效成分积累的诱导子种类及浓度,以大同浑源蒙古黄芪的种子为原料,用不同浓度SA,SNP,NAA浸种,进行盆栽试验,并对黄芪根部多糖、黄酮、皂苷含量及苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性进行测定,应用单因素方差分析和相关性分析法,对不同诱导子处理下黄芪的各项指标进行了综合评价分析。结果表明,15μmol/L SA,15 mmol/L SNP,1.0 mg/L NAA可以显著促进黄芪有效成分的积累,其中,SA对黄酮效果明显;SNP对皂苷效果明显;NAA对多糖效果明显,并且PAL活性和黄酮含量之间存在正相关性。For collecting the elicitors that can promote accumulation of Astragalus effective components, the paper chooses seeds from Datong as experimental materials, soaks seeds with different concentrations of SA, SNP, NAA, plants in flowerpots, then determines the contents of polysaccharide, flavonoids, astragalosides and activity of PAL, comprehensively evaluates every index under different elicitors by ANOVA and the methods of correlation analysis. The results show that 15 μmol/L SA, 15 mmol/L SNP, 1.0 mg/L NAA can significantly promote the accumulation of effective components, SA has more obvious effect on flavonoids, SNP on astragalosides and NAA on polysaccharide, and there is a positive correlation between PAL activity and flavonoids content.
