摘　　要：文章阐述了BIM技术的定义、特点及对建筑各参与方的意义、分析了应用中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。This paper expounds the definition and characteristics of BIM technology, for the construction of the parties involved in the application of significance, problems and countermeasures.
