摘 要:对热轧卷表面机清条纹的形成机理进行了研究,结果表明,缺陷主要是在板坯机清过程中形成,根本原因为机清凸棱顶部及根部的铁皮随轧制过程裹入基体,造成机清条纹处皮下铁皮存在。凸棱失稳倾倒或者钢坯表层金属流动均可导致皮下裹入铁皮的现象,且此类机清条纹无法通过热轧、酸洗和冷轧等各工序予以消除,遗传性极强。采取更换机清喷嘴、天然气改造以及优化机清工艺后,成功消除了机清缺陷,提高了外板的表面质量。The formation mechanism of scarfing stripe defect on the surface of hot rolled strip was studied. The results showed that the defects were mainly formed in scarfing treatment process because the scale on the top and root surface of scarfing ridge was rolled into the substrate. Both the instability of ridge and the metal flowing near surface could lead to rolled-in scale. The defect was highly heritable and could not be removed during following hot rolling process, pickling process and cold rolling process. Through modifying scarfing nozzles, reforming the nature gas system and optimizing the scarfing process parameters, the scarfing stripe defect was eliminated successfully. Therefore, surface quality of automobile outer panel was improved.
