45圆钢拉拔断裂原因分析

摘　　要：45圆钢在拉拔六棱柱产品的程中出现断裂问题，通过宏观形貌观察、化学成分分析、表面酸洗、金相分析和硬度检验，找出了该产品拉拔断裂的原因。结果表明，45圆钢表面上的横向裂纹是导致其断裂的主要原因，而横向裂纹是由于拉拔工艺不当造成的。Fracture occurred in drawing process of 45 bar steel to hexagonal bar. The reasons of drawing fracture were studied by macro appearance observation, chemical composition analysis, surface pickling, metallographical analysis and microhardness test. The results showed that the transverse cracks on the surface of 45 bar steel was the main reason for the fracture, furthermore, the transverse cracks were caused by improper drawing operation.
