摘 要:目的研究阿萨伊对虚热证大鼠环核苷酸、神经及免疫水平的影响。方法 SD大鼠分为空白组,虚热模型组,黄柏组(5 g/kg),葛根芩连汤组(9.6 g/kg),阿萨伊高、低剂量组(3.2、1.6 g/kg);采用每日肌肉注射地塞米松磷酸钠注射液1次,连续21 d的方法制备虚热模型;放免法检测环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)含量变化;酶免法检测多巴胺(DA)、多巴胺β羟化酶(D-β-H)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量变化;比色法检测免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、补体C3(C3)、补体C4(C4)含量变化,分析黄柏、葛根芩连汤以及阿萨伊对虚热模型作用趋势变化。结果阿萨伊高剂量组可改善虚热症状,并可降低血清中c AMP、cGMP、cAMP/cGMP的含量(P<0.05);降低血清中DA、D-β-H、NE的含量(P<0.05);升高血清中IgG、IgM、C3的含量(P<0.05,P<0.001,P<0.05)。结论阿萨伊对环核苷酸、神经及免疫相应指标的调整与黄柏、葛根芩连汤一致,三者同类比较验证了阿萨伊的寒凉药性。Objective To study the effect of frozen fruit pulp of Aqai (Euterpe Oleraceae Mart. ) on cyclic nueleotides, neurotransmitters and immune level of rats with asthenia pyrosyndrome. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, Huangbo ( Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis) group, C, egen Qinlian Decoction (a Chinese herbal medicine compound ) group, Aqai high-dose group and Acai low-dose group. The rat model of asthenia pyrosyndrome was induced by intramuscular injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate at dose of 0.35 mg/kg once daily for consecutive 21 days. The level of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) were detected by radioimmunoassay. The levels of dopamine (DA), dopamine beta-hydroxylase (D-β-H) and norepi- nephrine (NE) were detected by enzyme immunoassay. The levels of IgG, IgM, C3 and C4 were detected by using colorimeter. The resuhs of the groups were compared to analyze the effect of Huangbo, Gegen Qinlian Decoction and Acai on rats with asthenia pyrosyndrome. Results High dose Aqai could relieve the symptoms due to asthenia pyrosyndrome, and decreased the serum level of cAMP, cGMP, cAMP/eGMP, DA, D-I3-H and NE (P 〈 0.05) , while increased the serum content of IgG, IgM and C3 (P 〈0.05,P〈0.001 or P 〈0.05). mitters and immune level was similar cold property of Aqaf. Conclusion The effect with that of Huangbo or of Aqaf on cyclic nucleotides, neurotrans- Gegen Qinlian Decotion, which proved the cold property of Acai.
