摘　　要：目的了解南充市东南社区居民高血压患病情况和危险因素,为高血压的防治提供依据。方法在南充市东南社区公安部门用登记户口的计算机筛选出45岁及以上的居民,进行饮食习惯、慢性病史、慢性病家族史等问卷调查,同时行体格检查和血生化检验。结果南充市东南社区居民高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率及控制率分别为44.1%、44.1%、36.8%和11.5%。年龄(OR=1.054)、体重(OR=1.027)、腰围(OR=1.027)、糖尿病(OR=1.705)、高血压家族史(OR=2.485)与高血压的患病密切相关。结论南充市东南社区45岁及以上居民高血压患病率较高;知晓率、治疗率、控制率较低,年龄、体重、腰围、糖尿病、高血压家族史是高血压患病的独立危险因素。因此应针对以上危险因素加强社区居民高血压的防治。Objective To explore the prevalence, awareness, treatment, control rate and risk factors of hypertension of residents in Nanchong and provide the basis for prevention and treatment. Methods The residents 45 years old or above in Dongnan community were screened out by computer, who accepted questionnaire survey including dietary habit, chronic disease history, chronic disease family history and so on. Then they accepted physical examination and blood test. Results The prevalence, awareness, treatment, control rate of hypertension in Dongnan community were 44.1%, 44. 1%, 36.8% and 11.5% respectively. Age （OR=1.054）, weight （OR=1.027）, waist circumference （OR=1. 027）, diabetes （OR= 1. 705） and hypertension family history （OR= 2. 485） were all significantly related to hypertension. Conclusion The prevalence rate of hypertension in Dongnan community was high, while the awareness, treatment, control rate were low. Age, weight, waist circumference, diabetes and hypertension family history were independent risk factors of hypertension. Some measures should be carried out to enhance prevention and treatment of hypertension according to the risk factors above.
