摘 要:电网差异化规划的重点是构建核心骨干网架。针对电网中不同层面的需求,构建的核心骨干网架方案也各不相同。从负荷侧、电源侧以及网架侧3个角度进行需求分析,依据不同需求下的规划目标确定核心骨干网架的构建模型,并采用改进粒子群算法实现对核心骨干网架的搜索,得到基于需求的核心骨干网架方案。IEEE118节点算例结果验证了所提基于需求分析的核心骨干网架构建方法的有效性。The key point about power grid of difference planning is to build core backbone network structure. Aiming at the needs of different levels of the grid, the schemes to build the core backbone network structure are also different from each other. So the paper makes a requirement analysis from three aspects of load side, power supply side and network structure side, determines the building model of the core backbone network structure according to different requirements, and searches for the core backbone network frame by the improved particle swarm algorithm to obtain the demand based schemes for the core backbone network structure. The results of IEEE 118-node system show that the method is effective to build the core backbone network structure.
