摘　　要：目的观察地佐辛联用丙泊酚对接受无痛肠镜检查患者进行麻醉的效果。方法将医院接受无痛肠镜检查的328例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组164例。观察组给予地佐辛联用丙泊酚进行麻醉,对照组单纯应用丙泊酚进行麻醉,比较2组丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间、不良反应发生率、VAS(疼痛视觉模拟评分法)评分,观察检查前与检查过程中的生命体征变化[呼吸频率(RR)、血氧饱和度(SpO_2)、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)]。结果观察组丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间、不良反应发生率、VAS指标均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组检查过程中RR、SpO_2、HR、MAP与检查前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对照组检查过程中SpO_2、MAP、HR较检查前降低(P<0.05)。结论接受无痛肠镜检查的患者采用地佐辛联用丙泊酚进行麻醉,兼备良好的安全性和有效性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and study the effect of anesthesia with docetaxel and propofol on painless colonos-copy. Methods 328 patients having received painless colonoscopy in our hospital were grouped by observation group and control group with 164 patients for each of groups. The patients in observation group were anesthetized with docetaxel and propofol anesthesia and the patients in control group were anesthetized with propofol only. The study has compared the dosage of propofol used, recovery time, adverse reaction rate, and VAS （ Visual Simulation Score） score between the two groups. The changes of vital signs [ （RR） ,oxygen saturation （SpO2 ） ,heart rate （HR） ,mean arterial pressure （MAP） ] were measured before and af- ter the examination. Results The performance of observation group in aspects of propofol consumption, recovery time, adverse reaction rate, （ HR）, mean arterial pressure （MAP） were superior to that of control group（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. There are no significant differences in respiratory rate （ RR）, blood oxygen saturation （ P 〉 0.05 ） before and during the examination, but MAP, HR and SpO2 of control group decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05 ） during the examination. Conclusions The combina- tion of docetaxel and propofol for anesthesia used in patients with painless colonoscopy is safe and effective and worthy of clini- cal application.
