摘　　要：衍生模式是产业发展和形成的重要方式之一。本文吸收演化经济学理论、制度变迁理论、建构主义理论及企业家精神理论的合理内核,基于历史演进的重要性、满意决策、企业家精神、衍生发展的动力、积极的建构主义等理论假说,型构了基于异质性人力资本主导的企业家精神为内核的整合视角的衍生模式概念模型,理论化、规范化阐述了产业衍生发展的机理,最后以北京中关村产业衍生发展为例进行了案例阐释。Derivation model is one of the important ways to develop and form industry. The paper absorbs rational theory kernel inclu- ding evolution economics theory, theory of institutional change, constructivism theory and entrepreneurship theory, and which puts forward the theoretical hypothesis on the importance of historical evolution, satisfactory decision, entreprencurship, derivative development power, active eonstruetivism, and which constructs a conceptual model of the derived model from the perspective of integration based on heterogeneous human capital leading entrepreneurship as the core, and which theoretically and normatively expounds the mechanism of industry derivation development. Finally, the paper takes industry derivation development of Zhongguancun in Beijing as an example to makes a case interpretation.
