摘　　要："官助民办"技术平台是一种公益性与商业性相结合的准公共组织,那么在政府和市场共同驱动下其商业模式是如何形成及演化的?基于软件产业的单案例研究发现:可以借助经过改造的波斯顿矩阵将其市场细分为瘦狗业务、金牛业务、幼童业务与明星业务,"官助民办"技术平台需要从以提供准公共服务为主的单一商业模式向以提供准公共服务为基础、以提供市场化业务为发展动力的复合商业模式演化,市场渗透、市场开发、服务延伸与多元化经营等营销策略的制定与执行是推动其商业模式演化的内在机制。The generic technology service platform that ＂private run with official assisting＂ is a kind of quasi - bublic organization combined public welfare and business. How can its business model formate and evolve under the driven of the government and market？ The single case study of software finds the market can be divided into dogs, cash cows, question marks and stars by means of the modified BCG Matrix. The business model of platform should evolve from a single model that provides quasi - public service mainly to the composite one that provides quasi - public service as basis and market - oriented business as power. The strategies＇ development and implementation of the market penetration, the market development, the product development and the diversification are the internal mechanism that promote the evolution of the platform＇ s business model.
