摘　　要：回顾了近30年来国内外知名期刊有关研发国际化的文献,在此基础上,提出了展示研发国际化全过程的整合分析框架,梳理了研发国际化的动机、条件、区位选择、路径、东道国嵌入及其与母国的关系、知识传导机制、绩效等相关研究主题及主题间的关系,并结合新形势、中国的特殊情境,对研发国际化的未来议题进行展望。This paper reviews the literatures about the Internationalization on R＆D published international and domestic authoritative journals in the past 30 years, and presents an integrated framework for the whole process of internationalization, including the themes about the motivation, condition, location choice, path, knowledge transfer mechanism, performance of Internationalization of R＆D, and about the embedment of host country and its relationship with the home country. Finally, with the new situation and specific Chinese context, the future issues of research and development are presented.
