摘  要:以楸树体胚发生过程中不同时期的组织为材料,分析测定体胚发生过程不同阶段的过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、腺嘌呤核苷三磷酸酶(ATP)、淀粉酶(AMY)、酯酶(EST)这5种酶类的活性,以探讨楸树胚胎发生过程中的生理生化变化特征。结果表明:楸树体胚发生过程中的不同时期,这5种酶类的活性也会相应发生变化。POD、SOD和EST酶活反应在旺盛增殖分化的黄色胚性愈伤组织(YEC)的活性最高,ATP和AMY酶活反应在开始萌发的绿色子叶胚(GCE)中活性最高。在黑色愈伤组织和非胚性愈伤组织中,SOD、AMY和EST酶的活性很低,与此类组织的不能分化及处于生长停滞状态具有一定相关性。In this study, in order to explore the physiological and biochemical changes in the embryogenesis of C.bungei, we analyzed the activities of five enzymes, such as amylase(AMY), superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD), enzyme adenosine triphosphate(ATP) and esterase(EST), in different stages of somatic embryogenesis. The results showed that the five kinds of enzyme activities could change in accordingly to different stages on the process of somatic embryogenesis in C. bungei. The POD, SOD and EST enzyme activities were the highest in yellow embryogenic callus which had strong proliferation and differentiation, ATP and AMY enzyme activities were the highest in the green cotyledonary somatic embryo which was germinating. In black callus and non-embryogenic callus, the enzyme activities of SOD, AMY and EST were very low, which were related to the indifferentiation and growth stagnation of these tissues.
