摘  要:[目的/意义]为更好地在移动互联网环境下有效地利用移动社交平台获取知识资源,提高知识获取绩效。[方法/过程]从知识特性、用户行为因素、知识获取情景3个方面分析了移动社交平台中知识获取绩效的影响因素,并在此基础上构建了理论概念模型,运用AMOS 17.0对所建立的结构方程模型进行假设检验。[结果/结论]结果表明,用户间信任度,知识的可观察性、可表达性,知识获取方的吸收能力,知识提供方的共享意愿对知识获取绩效影响显著。研究对提高平台知识运作效率,扩展知识资源推送能力,挖掘知识潜在用户及搭建长效使用途径提供一定的理论指导和实践价值。[ Purpose/significance] This paper aims to improve the efficiency of using mobile social platform to obtain knowl- edge resources and enhance knowledge acquisition performance in mobile Internet environment. [ Method/process ] The paper ana- lyzes the influencing factors of knowledge acquisition performance from knowledge properties, user behavior factors and knowledge acquisition situation, based on which, the paper constructs the theoretical concept model and tests the structural equation model by using AMOS 17.0. [ Result/conclusion] Results show that the degree of trust between users, the operability and impressibility of knowledge, the knowledge absorptive capacity of knowledge receivers, and the sharing willingness of knowledge providers have sig- nificant influence on knowledge acquisition performance. The study provides some theoretical guidance and practical value for impro- ving the efficiency of platform knowledge operation, expanding the ability of knowledge resources pushing, mining the potential us- ers and building long-term effective ways of use.
