摘  要:[目的/意义]以知识管理过程为视角探究动态概念设计知识管理(CDKM)中知识流的内容、特征和机理。[方法/过程]根据知识管理的内容和流程,将CDKM中的知识流分为知识获取流、知识编码流和知识重用流,分别分析这3个知识流的必要性和主要内容,并结合SECI模型来阐释这3个知识流的内涵和机理。[结果/结论]提出基于知识管理过程的知识流参考模型;按照知识来源,知识获取流可分为组织内知识获取流和组织外知识获取流;知识编码流主要包含知识表示和知识组织两个环节;知识重用流一般有参考模式、导航模式、自动模式、协助模式4种模式。[局限]研究局限于理论探索,未能结合实际案例进行验证。[ Purpose/significance ] Contents, features and mechanism of knowledge flow (KF) in conceptual design knowl- edge management (CDKM) is explored in the perspective of knowledge management process. [ Method/process ] The KF is divided into knowledge acquisition flow (KAL), knowledge encoded flow (KEL) and knowledge reuse flow (KRL) according to the content and process of knowledge management, and the necessity and main content of these three flows are analyzed. Then, the connotation and mechanism of the three knowledge flows are explained combined with the SECI model. [ Result/conclusion] Knowledge flow reference model is proposed based on knowledge management process. KAL can be divided into knowledge acquisition flow with- in and outside the organization according to sources of knowledge. KEL mainly contains knowledge representation and knowledge organization. KRL typically has four modes: reference mode, navigation mode, automatic mode and assistance mode. [ Limitations] This study is limited to theoretical exploration and fails to be verified with the practical case.
