摘  要:为降低某国产新型SUV的路面激励噪声,利用传递路径分析(TPA)法将试验与仿真相结合开展优化分析。建立传递路径分析模型,试验测量获得了沥青路面60 km/h工况下悬架系统车身安装点激励力,利用Hypermesh模拟计算确认此工况下对车内响应影响较大的路径为后悬架左、右横拉杆与车身安装点所在路径,在此路径上展开优化,降低左、右横拉杆衬套刚度并进行了实车验证。结果表明,该方法有效降低了车内噪声,满足目标值要求。To reduce road excitation noise of a new SUV localized in China, we used Transfer Path Analysis (TPA) method, combined test with simulation for optimization analysis. By establishing TPA model, we obtained the excitation force of car body's mount point through test measurement under speed of 60 km/h. Through Hypermesh calculation, we confirmed that under this condition, the left and right tie rod on the rear suspension as well as the path of the body mount point affected the interior response substantially, and optimization was made to this path, which reduced bushing stiffness of the left and right tie rod, the results showed that this method reduced interior noise effectively, and met requirement of target value.
