摘 要:沈阳宝能金融中心住宅塔楼高194~200m,结构高宽比8.4~9.5,采用钢筋混凝土全落地剪力墙结构体系,通过合理地配置剪力墙,形成束筒效应,有效提高了整体结构抗侧及抗扭刚度;考虑大底盘多塔效应、短墙效应等,对结构进行了小震弹性、中震及大震弹塑性等的计算分析,结果表明结构具有良好的抗侧刚度,较好地满足抗震设计预期的性能目标。Residence tower of Shenyang Baoneng Financial Hub adopts whole landing reinforced concrete shear wall structural system with height between 194 to 200 m and height to width ratio between 8. 4 to 9. 5. By means of reasonably configuring the shear walls,bundled tube effect is established,and it effectively improves the whole structure' s lateral stiffness and torsional rigidity. Considering the structure is multi tower structure with enlarged base and has many short walls,deeply calculation analyses on the structure were conducted,including the elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and elastic-plastic analysis under fortification carthquake and rare earthquake. The results show that the tower structure has good lateral stiffness,and the structural system can achieve the anticipative performance objectives.
