摘　　要：杭州土特仓库改建为博物馆的设计中采用保留外墙结构重建新的结构体系的方法,通过概念设计分析在保留原内框架结构体系的前提下建立起全新的框架体系后再拆除原来内框架的设计方案的可行性,并着重阐述结构设计的重点和难点,包括新旧结构体系基础形式的确定与计算、柱网及层高的确定、新旧结构的整体协调性分析、沉降变形结果的比较及保留建筑外墙的做法,并为达到先建后拆的设计要求提出相应施工指导意见。In the structural design of Hangzhou Native Warehouse converted into museum,it adopts the method of retaining exterior wall structure and reconstructing new structural system. The concept design was conducted to analyze the feasibility of the design scheme of establishing a new frame system before dismantling the original frame on the premise of retaining original interior frame structural system. The key and difficult points in structural design were emphatically illustrated,including the determination and calculation of foundation forms of old and new structural systems,determination of the column grid and layer height,overall coordination analysis of the old and new structures,comparison of settlement and deformation results,and the practice of retaining building external wall. Corresponding construction guidance was put forward in order to reach the design requirements of constructing a new building before demolition.
