摘  要:研究经生化处理的牛口峪水库石化污水 ,回用于循环冷却水时不同浓度的Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 、Fe3 + 、Cl-、SO42 -对细菌生长及杀菌性能的影响。结果表明 :Ca2 + 对铁细菌生长有促进作用 ,对异养菌的生长没有影响 ;Mg2 + 对异养菌和铁细菌生长有促进作用 ,而Fe3 + 过多不利于铁细菌的生长 ,但对异养菌生长没有影响 ;上述三种离子对杀菌剂优氯净和 12 2 7的杀菌性能均没有影响。Cl-在 10 0~ 4 0 0mg/L ,SO42 -在 10 0~ 30 0mg/L对异养菌和铁细菌生长及优氯净的杀菌效果均没有影响 ,而异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂则不适合用作牛口峪水库污水回用的杀菌剂。Effects of Ca 2+ , Mg 2+ , Fe 3+ ,Cl - and SO 4 2- with different concentrations on bacteria growth and bactericidal performance when Niukouyu Reservoir wastewater is reused as cooling water have been studied. The results show that Ca 2+ can facilitate iron bacteria growth, but has no effect on bacteria . Mg 2+ facilitates bacteria and iron bacteria growth. More Fe 3+ goes against iron bacteria growth, but has no effect on bacteria growth. All three ions have no effect on the bactericidal performance of dichloro iso cyanuric acid sodium salt and dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride .Cl - concentration between 100~400 mg/L has no effect on the bactericidal performance of dichloro iso cyanuric acid sodium salt. The same result is acquired while SO 4 2- concentration is between 100~300 mg/L. Isothiazolin is not suitable for being used as bactericide in Niukouyu wastewater reuse.
