摘 要:针对某核级直立式主给水控制阀自振频率较低的问题,基于ASME规范和Femap+NX Nastran有限元平台,研究直立式核级阀门抗震性能评估与优化技术。通过对某型号控制阀试验数据和仿真数据的对比,验证了直立式阀门有限元分析技术的有效性。针对直立式控制阀门的结构特点,提出了直立式控制阀执行机构力学模型,研究了阀门支架关键结构参数对结构频率的影响规律,进而采用拓扑优化技术优化了阀门支架结构。最后,仿真结果表明所设计阀门整体自振频率大于33 Hz,具有良好抗震性能。The anti-seismic performance evaluation and optimizati on technique of a main feed-water control valve were studied based on the ASME Code and Femap+NX FEA technique to improve the low natural frequency of a nuclear grade vertical-type main feed-water control valve. The simulation method effectiveness of vertical-type valve was verified through the com- parison between the simulation data and experimental data. A mechanical model of the main feed-water control valve was proposed based on the structure character of this vertical type control valve. The influence of the key structural parameters of the valve bracket on the structural frequency was studied. The topological optimization technology was used to optimize the bracket of the valve. The simulation results of the control valve showed that the designed main feed-water control valve fulfilled the antiseismic requirement with the first order natural frequency bigger than 33 Hz.
