摘  要:针对目前国内市场上角向磨光机趋同化的问题,提出一种新的设计程序方法以开发新市场。将INPD方法作为研究主线,分析现有产品设计定位和SET因素,识别产品机会缺口;深入了解目标用户群体的需求、喜好和经济能力,理解产品机遇;结合SD法对用户需求进行定量分析,建立意象词汇与造型之间的映射关系以指导造型设计。根据设计方案与样本的雷达图比对,验证了产品方案与目标用户需求的一致性,为相关产品的造型设计提供参考。To solve the assimilation problem of angle grinder in domestic market, a new design program was put forward to develop a new market. The INPD method was taken as the research main line. The design orientation and SET factors of existed products were analyzed to identify the gaps of product opportunity. The demands, preferences and economic capacity of target users were deeply understood so as to look into the product opportunity. The quantitative analysis of user demand was performed combined with SD method to establish mapping relationship between the intentional vocabularies and models was established to guide modeling design. According to the comparison of the radar charts of designs and samples, the consistency between product scheme and target user requirements was verified. This provided references for the design of related products.
