摘 要:为探索吉林省西部农牧交错区最佳肉羊杂交生产模式,本研究分别对杜泊羊、萨福克羊与小尾寒羊杂交的二元杂交杜寒、萨寒F_1代羊,2个父本品种分别与二元杂交F_1代羊再次杂交获得三元杂交的杜萨寒F_1代羊、萨杜寒F_1代羊的体重、体尺指标和杂种优势率进行比较分析。结果表明:以小尾寒羊为母本的二元杂交、三元杂交的杂交F_1代羊,在初生、3月龄及周岁时的体重和胸围均表现出显著的杂种优势,二元杂交的杂种优势优于三元杂交。本研究说明杜泊羊和萨福克羊的体重大、胸围大的遗传基因均能稳定地遗传给后代,并且杜泊与小尾寒羊的杂交效果优于萨福克与小尾寒羊的杂交效果。To investigate the best cross modes of mutton in farming pastoral zone in Jilin province, the Small Tail Han sheep was selected as female parent while the Suffolk sheep and Dorper sheep were selected as male parent, four hybridization modes of Dorper×Han, Suffolk×Han, Dorper×Suffolk×Han, Suffolk×Dorper×Han were used to analyse the body weight, body size index and heterosis rate. The result showed that four hybridization modes showed significant heterosis, and the heterosis of two-way cross mode was better than tree-way cross mode. These results indicated that genetic genes of Suffolk sheep and Dorper sheep, which regulated body weight and bust, could be stably inherited to future generations. Moreover, the hybridization effect of Dorper sheep crossed with Small Tail Han sheep was better than Suffolk sheep crossed with Small Tail Han sheep.
