中西医结合治疗犊牛脐炎

摘　　要：犊牛脐炎又称脐带炎,是指新生犊牛脐血管(脐动脉、脐静脉)及其周围组织的炎症,临床特征为脐带和脐孔周围组织充血、发炎。文章详细介绍了犊牛脐炎的临床症状、病因、诊断及治疗,并通过几个特殊的病例详细阐述了犊牛脐炎的治疗方法及治愈过程。根据多年的临床经验,犊牛脐炎在发病初期往往被忽视,如不及时治疗,会增加治愈难度,并且容易复发,甚至可能导致犊牛死亡。通过黄连、车前子等中草药外用结合西医治疗犊牛脐炎,效果好,治愈后不易复发。犊牛脐炎应坚持预防为主的原则,分娩过程中严格消毒并注意加强产后犊牛的饲养管理和护理。Calves omphalitis, also known as umbilical cord inflammation, refers to the inflammation of umbilical blood vessels （umbilical artery and umbilical vein） and its surrounding tissues of newborn calves. The clinical features of this disease are congestion and inflammation of umbilical cord and umbilicus surrounding tissues. This paper intro- duced the clinical symptoms, etiology, diagnosis and treatment of calves omphalitis, and the treatment and cure pro- cess of calves omphalitis were described through several special cases described in detail. According to years of clini- cal experience, the author pointed out that this disease was often overlooked in the early stage. If not treated in time, the difficulty of curing the disease would increase, and the disease would be easy to relapse, even leading to death of calves. In addition, Coptis chinensis, plantain seed, and other Chinese traditional medicine combined with western medicine treatment had a significant therapeutic effect on calves omphalitis, and not easy to relapse after cure. Finally, this disease should adhere to the principle of prevention in the first place. Strict disinfection should be done during delivery process and paid more attention to strengthen management and nursing of postpartum calves.
