摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种发病机制尚未明确的慢性非特异性大肠炎症性疾病,近年来其发病率在国内外均逐年升高,引起了临床广泛重视。通过跟师学习,掌握分期辩证方法,灵活运用治疗手段,通过查找分析古代及现代医学关于溃疡性结肠炎的论述,结合临床有效案例,总结分析溃疡性结肠炎临床治疗经验。杨强主任医师通过结合运用初期的清热活血之灌肠方与后期的补益活血之口服方治疗溃疡性结肠炎,治疗效果显著,为临床治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供了新的思路。Ulcerative colitis is a chronic non-specific inflammatory disease of the colon, which is not clear. In recent years, the inci dence of ulcerative colitis has increased years by years, which has attracted wider attention. This paper aims to introduce the method and the experience of treatment of ulcerative colitis by the Chief physician Yang Qiang. By learning with Chief physician Yang Qiang , I master the stage of dialectical method, flexible use of means of treatment, through the search analysis of ancient and modern medicine on ulcerative colitis, combined with clinical effective cases, summarize the experience of treatment of ulcerative colitis. Chief physician Yang Qiang uses the method of clearing away heat and blood circulation to enema in the initial stage , then uses the method of blood circulation and benefit in the later period,it has significant effect in clinical medicine,and it provides a new idea for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
